At Vasthramal by Sona, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos as proof.

Products should be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized/stitched products, used items, or items without original tags are not eligible for return.

Jewelry, accessories, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Subject to stock availability, we may offer size/color exchanges.
